I found an item on Microsoft's official site on Office 365, which shifts Microsft's Office offerings into the Cloud. In this case study, a small real estate brokerage wanted to be more responsive to their clients by allowing their agents to be accessible to their systems from anywhere while using a myriad of devices without the need of IT infrastructure support. This brokerage now uses Microsft Office 365 for Cloud-based email and document sharing.

This is a good example of where your customers and clients may better utilize a mobible tablet platform for field services.
